Work Hours/Shift:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday


You Will Be Responsible For:

•         Work under team member guidance to perform data analysis and validation.

•         Collaborates with team to build ETL applications to load data into data warehouses on a reoccurring basis.

•         Write scripts to help automate processes and improve efficiencies.

•         Collaborates with team to create dashboards, and reports that drive clinical/operational decisions and process improvement.

•         Collaborates with team to create connections to new data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.

•         Collaborates with team to create connections to translate data to provide meaningful insights.

•         Facilitate advice and education in the usage and interpretation of business data.

•         Follow team guide lines to filter and “clean” data, and review trends of bad data.

•         Facilitate best practice guidelines around all stages of development.

•         Collaborate in the maintenance of data warehouses, data sources built for technology services reporting.

•         Forage through rows of data, uncovering patterns.

•         Develop reports and presentations from complex data, presenting insights in the most effective way to enable decision making.

•         Provide vendor oversight of troubleshooting and project implementation tasks.

•         Develop presentations that showcase compelling, believable data.

•         Make sound decisions in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

•         Adapt work activities to sudden or unexpected changes, delays and events that directly impact current work assignments, project schedules and/or timelines.

•         Prioritize and plan all work activities, using time in an effective and efficient manner.

•         Represent the Operational Performance Center Data Analytics team meetings with people with various technical understanding.

•         Monitor ticket queue and updates tickets according to SLA, keeping customer well-informed.

•         Create and maintains documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.

•         Collaborate with peers and include them in planning and development work, accepting and encouraging their input.

•         Perform other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the team/department and to comply with established policies and procedures.

•         Ability to comprehend technical documentation.

•         Strong verbal and written communication skills.



•         Knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting, and Performance Analytics

•         Knowledge of RTLS reporting

•         Knowledge of Microsoft azure reporting

•         Knowledge of ELK Stack

•         Experience with messaging systems, such as Kafka or Kinesis

•         Knowledge of machine learning algorithms



•         Four-year degree related to Computer Science / Information Technology or five years of work experience in a relevant field.

•         Five years of data analysis experience in a work environment.


•         Advanced degree in data analysis, statistics, or related field.

•         Experience in data processing problem analysis with emphasis in healthcare, information technology, or business applications.

•         Experience in building analytical models.

•         Experience of creating noSQL data stores

•         Experience in automating data process flows to reduce errors



Create, and utilize Extract, transform, and load applications, SQL, and scripting to perform data analysis and provide applications support. Support the building of Technology services, and Enterprise Performance data warehouses, and data marts. Work with both SQL and noSQL database to reliably store and analyze data. Support data pipe lines created to ensure processes are running efficiently. Automating processes to remove human intervention and reduce errors. Responsible for developing reports, and dashboards for Technology Services. Create custom interactive real-time and historical dashboards based on requirements gather. Empower business leaders to make decisions with concise, high-quality information. Presents analysis results, challenges typical thinking and enables informed decision making. Collaborate with the operational performance center leads to present findings, and drive business discussions. Manage ticket queue, and work with customers on requests for new dashboards. Maintains the service level agreements by using the tools provided, such as the IT ticketing system. Provides technical guidance and oversight, acting as a first point of escalation.
