We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Strategy Analyst position that will be based in our Communications department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.  
This position provides the opportunity to serve and support the needs of the Strategy Management team. Captures and analyzes data for use in the maintenance of strategic documents and deliverables and ensures the timely delivery of strategic reports and updates for leadership. Supports the efforts of change management and project management and participates in the development and management of tools, templates and reports intended to ensure effective strategy management. Maintains departmental intranet site and all files contained therein. This role will bring relevant strategy experience and a proven track record of success in large scale project participation, adherence to timelines, change management involvement and relationship building in a healthcare environment and will have key responsibilities in data gathering, organization, analysis and presentation. This individual will engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and will continually seek opportunities to provide value to the Communications and Strategy Management department.
Specific job duties include:
  • Supports Strategy Management team and associated work streams
  • Proactively and reactively creates templates and resources accurately and aligned with specific timelines
  • Maintains the Strategy Management intranet site and all related documents; provides technical support and works to optimize usability of the site
  • Maintains strategy management tools and reports and works to align metrics, goals, responsibilities, accountabilities, timelines and other relevant information across all corporate functions, strategic initiatives and marketplaces
  • Provides analysis and identifies process improvement opportunities at an initiative, imperative and organizational level.
  • Seeks opportunities to collect, analyze, manage and present data in a clear and comprehensive manner and incorporates advanced knowledge of organizational systems and structures into reports, analysis and solution development
  • Seeks technical innovations to the strategic analysis processes through use of dashboards and other available technologies and methodologies; works to support the implementation of those innovations
  • Completes tasks in a proactive manner, actively seeking ways to produce high quality, efficient work; responds promptly to assignments and tasks as requested and keeps commitments to deadlines
  • Performs special assignments as requested by supervisor
  • Demonstrate competency in required job skills and exhibit ability to learn and apply new skills.  Gather and analyze information skillfully and resolve problems in early stages.
Experience Requirements:
  • Two years of experience required in one or more of the following: healthcare operations, project management, change management, management, business analysis or related field
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business/Data Analytics, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field
Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Strong process and organizational skills as well as natural disposition toward analytical methods
  • Ability to form solid relationships across all levels to support client needs
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change required
  • Manages work output within available systems, develops or identifies improved systems as needed
  • Ability to produce large amounts of analysis work effectively, efficiently and without error
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to changing responsibilities within project-oriented environment
  • Superior computer skills
  • MS Office Suite, with advanced level in Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
  • Advanced level in business intelligence software (MS Power BI, SAS, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Advanced level in MS Sharepoint
  • Up to 10% travel required, based upon needs of the project/assignment
