You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Mission and Ministry Department
  • Receive and respond to all in-coming communication (e.g., phone, mail, faxes, e-mail, public interaction) in a timely manner, making appropriate referrals as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Mission and Ministry, including and not limited to compiling reports and service statistics.
  • Organize and maintain Mission and Ministry office and files, coordinate and distribute calendars, coordinate meetings and support group information. Attend identified meetings as notetaker.
  • Support the Spiritual Care volunteers’ program with administrative tasks, scheduling and daily support of volunteer needs.
  • Order, maintain, and monitor office, meeting space, library, literature and chapel supplies and spaces.
  • Perform other appropriate and related tasks as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the Coordinator of Clinical Pastoral Education, including and not limited to correspondence, compiling reports, and maintaining statistics.

What You Will Need:
  • 2 years secretarial/administrative experience
  • Experience in a hospital setting and/or with Clinical Pastoral Education
  • Bachelors Degree
Job Summary:

Provide a broad and varying range of administrative support services and office management for both the department of Spiritual Care and the Clinical Pastoral Education program.  Position reports 50% to Director, Mission & Ministry and 50% Coordinator, Clinical Pastoral Education.
