Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data
  • Disseminate internal and external healthcare data and information to prospective clients (i.e. other Marketing team members, administration, operations, etc.)
  • Create forecasting models for market share, volumes, key business trends, etc.  Assemble data for and in conjunction with yearly corporate strategic planning process
  • Demonstrated ability to extract, verify, compile, analyze and format data from other healthcare industry databases and other sources for planning, decision making, evaluation and accountability purposes. 
  • Monitor competitor activities, create competitor profiles, and conduct competitor research as needed

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field or Master’s Degree
  • Proven market research analysis experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to draw information and conclusions from raw data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel database programs and data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, Access, QlickView, SQL, etc. 
 
Job Summary:

The Senior Research Analyst is principally responsible for collecting, processing, interpreting, and formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.  The Senior Research Analyst must have strong initiative and follow-through and be able to anticipate the needs of clients.  He/she must also be resourceful, professional, and a team player.  The Senior Research Analyst must be able to apply both qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret data, handle numerous tasks simultaneously, prioritize, meet deadlines, prepare written client deliverables, present the findings, and produce substantiated recommendations.
