Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Participates in the development and maintenance of the overall readiness strategy focusing primarily on the communications aspect, including the development and maintenance of the communication’s project plan.  
  • Executes various elements of the readiness strategy, primarily on the communications piece.  Elements include, but not limited to: all project related communications, impact identification, readiness assessments, critical stakeholder identification, and engagement plans.
  • Develops creative communications collateral (examples: emails, direct mail, newsletters, brochures, banners, website content etc..) for all levels of the organization, to support the successful adoption of Talent Development Transformation. 
  • Coordinates with Corporate Communications to review and deliver communications and share best practices.
  • Supports implementation activities related to facility-specific readiness needs, may include but not limited to: change management, communications and training activities
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, which may include, functional teams, shared services teams, and Organizational Readiness team members in the collection, maintenance, and analyzing of data.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing risk mitigation tactics.
  • Serves as a facility liaison to influence change management strategies.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
Job Summary:
The Communications Sr. Analyst will support the Talent Development Transformation within Adventist Health System’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative, iSynergy.  Within the project, the Sr. Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of the iSynergy Talent Development Transformation implementation through developing and deploying communications strategies, and collateral for processes including performance management, compensation administration, and succession management. The role will focus on the people side of the iSynergy Talent Development Transformation implementation and will be instrumental in creating conditions for a smooth transition to changes with least resistance from the employees, while maximizing enthusiasm to adapt to the change.
This position supports the Organizational Readiness strategies responsible for supporting facilities in planning and executing readiness activities for key facility stakeholders and employees impacted by the implementation. These activities include partnering on readiness deliverables such as tracking change impacts and mitigations, maintaining data organization, providing analysis, organizational development, and survey and assessment reporting
