You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management, compliance review, and operations of 340B Program at eligible hospitals, clinics, and contract pharmacies within the Southeast Region.
  • Routinely monitor and assess 340B guidance, rule changes, and best practices from multiple sources including but not limited to HRSA/OPA, Medicaid, Medicare, industry publications, and various websites to ensure facility has the latest information regarding rulings and best practice.
  • Provide oversight for all internal and external audits and ensure resolution of any issues.
  • Assess opportunities for cost savings and business improvements. 
  • Track and report program savings quarterly.
  • Review and update how savings are used annually.
  • Complete Corporate Compliance Template annually.
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal Regulations related to 340B.
  • Routinely review 340B Database and Medicaid Exclusion File for accuracy. 
  • Conduct annual recertification review.
  • Registrations, changes, and terminations of 340B entities, child sites, and contract pharmacies.
  • New account set ups with pharmaceutical distributors as needed.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or Healthcare Management, or 10 years 340B Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the 340B drug pricing program and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Completion of 340B on Demand, and 340B University preferred
  • 340B Operations Certification preferred

Job Summary:

Implementation and administration of the 340B Program for the Southeast Region. Compliance to all legal requirements of the program. Primary internal and external contact for all 340B related matters. Identification and implementation of cost savings and business improvements.Oversight of required 340B audits, hospital, clinics, contract pharmacy, both internal and   

independent audits.Track and report 340B savings and prepare 340B Impact Summary documenting how savings are used. Chair 340B Task Force.
