Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Oversees testing best practices and quality through all software testing cycles (unit, system, integration, end-to-end) through production implementation.
  • Provides guidance and oversight.  Mentors team members on testing standards and best practices.   Recommends improvements to processes that improve the effectiveness of the team.  Manages intake requests for QA from the PMs.
  • Follows QA processes, standards, and best practices to test and implement software product development.
  • Analyzes and evaluates proposed technical requirements and functionality for impact to system. 
  • Tests all levels of web application changes including integrated 3rd party software, HL7 interfaces, and software complexity including Cerner, prior to production implementation.

What You Will Need:
  • Five years of experience working with Quality Assurance (QA) tools and processes
  • Five years of in depth experience of software testing methodology
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting technical aspects of change and applying data to test plan and user documentation
  • Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) or Information Technology (IT)
  • Knowledge of Software Testing Methodology
Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Analyst – Senior oversees testing activities ensuring that the software product developed meets agreed requirements and specifications, providing technical guidance and oversight and acting as a point of escalation and QA expert.  Responsible for ensuring traceability between requirements, specification, and the software product developed ensuring test execution is verifiable and adequate records are kept of the test process and the quality of the test effort.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
