Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Facilitate the transition of the CREATION Health product line to the CREATION Life product line by developing processes for product evaluation—effectiveness, usage, messaging—and system need.
  • Develop and communicate plan for transition of new resources including design, research, voice-tone and usage, including budget and marketing considerations.
  • Manage and foster relationships with campuses across the organization to determine the strategic planning, implementation, needs and usage of CREATION Life resources across the system.
  • Communicate CREATION Life brand standards, style guides and approved messaging across all brand channels.
  • Design workflows processes in collaboration with AdventHealth Brand team to assure timely production.
  •  Evaluate and oversee all CREATION Life branded trademarks, registrations and service marks, developing justification and coordinating with Legal to process and utilize in marketing and advertising.
  • Exhibits knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends.
  • Additional projects, as assigned.

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field OR 5 years of relevant experience
  • Two years of experience in health-related field
  • Superior abilities in collaboration, problem solving, using data to derive solutions, budget management, communications, and operating successfully despite uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, work in a fast-paced and complex environment, execute large projects, and work undermultiple and competing deadlines.

The Project Coordinator of CREATION Life Resources serves as a strategic member of the Mission Strategy team, managing the transition of existing CREATION Life products and additionally, the development, implementation, communication and evaluation of resources to educate and engage consumers—patients, employees and community. This position reports to the Director of Mission Strategy and is responsible for coordination of CREATION Life resource development and transition communication to facilities throughout AdventHealth
