Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time/Evening

Pay range is $10.78-13.48 (depending on experience)


You Will Be Responsible For:


  •  Picks up return items following established guidelines. Performs daily par cart inventories, picks order, confirms orders and delivers supplies to assigned par areas.

  • Creates a requisition for non-stock supplies as needed in assigned par areas.

  • Ensures par areas are orderly, properly tagged and sufficiently stocked to meet customer needs.

  • Properly disburses all materials to various locations in the facility as per established route and schedule. Special attention is given to refrigerated supplies and overnight packages.

  • Maintains warehouse in clean, safe and organized manner.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department

  • Accurately completes the replenishment/picking process completing all associated computer software tasks to ensure accurate record keeping.

  • Delivers supplies and packages to customers taking care to obtain location delivery information.

  • Ensures all shift duties are completed daily

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Proficiency with 10-key and computer keyboard

  • Possesses basic math skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

  • Ability to identify, sort and count accurately

  • Demonstrates ability to use an ERP system (preferred)

  • Understands medical terminology and products (preferred)

  • Demonstrates knowledge of  inventory, receiving, replenishment and par level concepts (preferred)

  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (preferred)

  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and working knowledge of computers (preferred)

  • High school diploma or general education diploma (GED)

  • One year experience with inventories and customer service

  • 6+ months PeopleSoft experience (preferred)

  • 6+ months  healthcare supply experience (preferred)

  • 6+ months experience working in a customer service setting. (preferred)

  • Valid Florida driver’s license

Job Summary:

The Materials Tech Lead is responsible for the supply replenishment process of par locations; this includes, straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas then completing any paperwork or computer software tasks needed to account for inventory movement.  The Materials Tech Lead may also be responsible to assist in picking and delivering supplies to departments upon request, picking up items for return and general upkeep of the inventory storeroom.
