You Will Be Responsible For:

The Marketing Project Manager serves as the lead collaborator with responsibility for executing creative projects that support the division’s strategic marketing and growth initiatives to increase volumes and market share for AdventHealth West Florida Division. The position ensures that creative execution of deliverables  help achieve brand loyalty, business growth, competitive advantage, and market relevance for the Division

The position works collaboratively with key stakeholders including the marketing directors, creative team and other division marketing team members to manage marketing projects, creative development and media placement as well as analyzing/tracking media spend.

Position also interfaces and collaborates with local and national advertising agencies of record, community and sports partners, promotional vendors, and AdventHealth corporate and division teams on core initiatives, such as brand, digital platforms, lead generation, call center teams and web development. 


Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communications, Advertising, Healthcare Administration or related field. 
  • Four years or more of experience and proven track record in strategic and integrated marketing planning, project management and analysis.
  • Experience working in a healthcare marketing, advertising agency or strategic and integrated marketing role is required.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager position is responsible for managing the execution of division and multi-hospital marketing campaigns and all division creative requests.  The manager collaborates with the marketing directors and division marketing team to carry campaigns from strategy/vision through creative execution.  The manager is responsible for implementation,  tracking each stage of the project, and analyzing the overall process and workflow of  division creative projects including media placement (through the agency or directly, as needed) and production. The manager communicates and collaborates with hospital marketing directors, managers and coordinators consumer strategists, web developers, copywriters, graphic designers, 3D visual designers, videographers,  photographers, search engine optimization specialists, social strategists, , and printers.  Regularly reports on project status, tracks project scopes and budgets, foresees and manages scheduling conflicts, and serves as the single point of contact for incoming marketing/creative job requests and manages all creative kick off meetings with key stakeholders
