We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Learning Experience Partner position that will be based in our Organizational Readiness department.  This position is based at our support center in Altamonte Springs, FL.
The Learning Experience Partner’s responsibilities includes the delivery of learning experiences that support Organizational Readiness (OR) initiatives. Individual plays a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of OR initiatives and ensuring learning objectives are achieved through learning delivery. Their responsibilities include facilitating delivery of content using various instructional methodologies specific to meet the targeted audience learning needs. This position plays a key role in ensuring that end users gain the knowledge to utilize the technologies and processes associated with each project deployment. Individual works independently under minimal supervision.
 
Specific job duties include:
  • Deliver/facilitate instructor-led or virtual based training efficiently and effectively at multiple facilities
  • Coaches participants as needed within session on class content and principles. Uses experience, relative stories and proven adult learning theories to illustrate concepts.
  • Adhere to and report status on training project plan to ensure that milestones are met
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy and professionalism to training participants and stakeholders.
  • Identify and assist with coordinating any training delivery contingencies.
  • Deliver training to Shared Services and iSynergy staff on updates/changes to content and functionality of system and processes updates as designated.
  • Conduct Super User development pre- and post-implementation.
  • Provide ongoing on-site support in training/proctored labs or rounding during deployment
  • Track daily training/proctored lab attendance and communicate patterns to stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Identify and Test End User Log-ins for training delivery sessions or for self-study materials.
  • Verify course logistics in a timely manner prior to any scheduled training to ensure preparedness.
  • Maintain applicable content, process, and technology knowledge within assigned delivery areas, such as PeopleSoft, Workforce Time and Attendance, specific functional processes.
  • Collaborate with functional SMEs to identify changes in terminology and scenarios based on discovery during implementation/acquisition of new facilities
  • Collaborate with the design and development team members to identify learning objectives and learning methodology to achieve knowledge transfer.
  • Partner across Organizational Readiness team to identify delivery changes needed for each wave of delivery.
  • Demonstrate the ability to facilitate all cross-functional deliverable courses.
  • Update PowerPoint content for Instructor-Led Training as designated.
  • Develop training materials (QRGs, Quick Card, Exercises and supplemental training material) with attention to detail.
  • Track and report training activities to support timely tracking of training completion with attention to the project timeline
  • Assess lessons learned from previous training delivery experiences and recommends solutions to identify and close training gaps.
  • At the conclusion of any training session or training lab support, leave classroom and audio visual equipment as instructed or guided by facility.
  • Continually assesses in collaboration with Employee Contact Center to maintain HR AnswerLink Knowledge base current with training content and resources
  • Periodically review project related communications, presentations, course content, and Shared Services training content to identify any inconsistencies as it relates to training delivery
  • Manage training environments to enable delivery of applications related training.
  • Successfully resolve training participant concerns to facilitate transfer of knowledge.
  • Demonstrate organization skills through the ability to effectively prioritize tasks assigned.
  • Respond constructively to feedback from supervisor, participants and colleagues and operates with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Improve on delivery techniques with continuing education via knowledge share, webinars and other available learning platforms.
  • Supports the elements of the overall iSynergy organizational readiness strategy and the facility-specific readiness.
  • Attend meetings as relevant or as requested related to the learning experience and Organizational Readiness initiatives.
  • Follow project management standards, completing status updates, resource tracking as directed; Identify and escalate issues and risks.
  • Role may require up to 50% travel throughout year.

Experience Requirements:   
  • 2-4  years of experience developing and delivering system end-user training preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in professional trainer position managing classroom environments for business operations preferred (corporate office, field operations, etc.)  Ideally in a Healthcare/Hospital setting.
  • Proficient in AV equipment set up experience preferred
  • Change management experience preferred

Education Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to coordinate the set-up of facility audio visual (AV) equipment and classroom set up
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Publisher, and Visio preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with course authoring tools (UPK, Captivate, Lectora, Articulate, etc) preferred
  • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft and/or WorkForce preferred
