GENERAL SUMMARY:

The iSynergy SC Analyst is part of the SC team supporting multiple SC modules, including Maintenance Management, and technologies for Shared Services and employees and managers at our Hospitals.  Works under the direction of the iSynergy SC Senior Process Manager and is responsible for completing SC related activities including but not limited to: data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support. The iSynergy SC Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to the SC Modules.  May be assigned tickets needing resolution from the production support manager, as well as, perform testing in partnership with the Implementation, IT, and Security teams. The iSynergy SC Analyst is expected to take the initiative to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision and is expected to handle one or many projects or initiatives to deliver the agreed outcomes and objectives within the assigned scope.


Qualifications
What you will be responsible for:
  • Support SC application(s) to optimize system effectiveness while improving existing SCM business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality maximizing the value to AHS while maintaining overall project awareness.
  • Acquire, maintain and increase knowledge of AHS SC business processes and practice requirements, including: applications, technology, policies, procedures and applicable SC external laws to anticipate and define application design needs.
  • Willingly contribute and share ideas, system knowledge and understanding of core SC business processes to increase team/project effectiveness and establish positive working relationships throughout the project.
  • Support SC objectives and iSynergy team member efforts to facilitate cross-functional integration.
  • Work with technical/functional teams as directed by Senior Manager to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful implementations.
  • Be willing to explore & accept creative solutions; be prepared to alter business “as is” to “business as may need to be” for future system optimization.
  • Complete documentation during project and development phases as assigned or needed in current tracking application or document.
  • Provide information to Training team needed for the development of end-user training materials.
  • Act as resource/liaison to end-users during implementations.
  • Escalate, Report and log system and/or implementation issues for resolution.
  • Document/provide input on post implementation lessons learned.
  • Work with minimal supervision, paying significant attention to detail and responding to issues and tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Assist in preparing and executing test scenarios; conducting test runs, taking corrective measures during testing phases, documenting issues; retesting applied “fixes” after remediation.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting required functional specifications needed for interfaces, enhancements and conversions.
  • May occasionally require off hours support
 
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent job related experience may be considered)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience related to Supply Chain, preferably in Healthcare or 2 years of experience in Supply Chain application support or equivalent experience
  • PC/Laptop
  • Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
  • Critical thinking and root cause analysis process
  • Microsoft Office Suite Skills, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong Verbal and Writing skills
  • Analytical skills
