You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Provides functional support and configuration expertise in PeopleSoft Payables, General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing, and/or Cash Management modules 
  • Creates functional design documentation for PeopleSoft enhancements, customizations/bolt-ons, and 3rd party interfaces (inbound and outbound) 
  • Modifies and/or develops new queries and report in PeopleSoft as needed 
  • Works closely with internal customers to identify needs and requirements for enhancements and improvements within business processes and PeopleSoft modules 
  • Collaborates with peers and customers to deliver solutions 
  • Studies existing systems and associated accounting processes for overall effectiveness and develop new processes to improve productivity, quality and maximize the value of the software 

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field or equivalent experience 
  • 3 or more years of experience in related field. 
  • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft or other ERP financial systems 
  • Understands financial statement relationships between balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements
  • Understands the interrelationships between timekeeping, human resources, benefits, payroll, and financial systems (as relevant to module) 
Job Summary:

The ERP iSynergy Analyst has a background in the Accounting, Finance and/or ERP, preferably PeopleSoft, with a focus on system processes and is responsible for assisting in the support of the shared services finance organization as well as the design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing and maintenance of various modules within PeopleSoft.  Responsibilities include the review, analysis and evaluation of company functions, processes, and activities to improve business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.  The analyst should be a subject matter expert in multiple PeopleSoft modules and able to document related procedures and processes.  Responsibilities also include scope and objective definition and the formulation of system strategies to parallel overall business strategies.  This role requires excellent time management with the ability to respond to and prioritize tickets while working on other projects and support issues.  Documentation of time and tickets in multiple systems as well end-user and internal documentation is also required.
