You will be responsible for:

  • The Executive Director of Marketing develops and provides strategic direction for the planning and execution of hospital and service line marketing plans and integrated (system) marketing campaigns designed to meet the goals and objectives of the Central Florida Division North Region.
  • This includes consumer and physician marketing campaigns/strategies including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, community relations, special events, sponsorship, physician relations, and customer service and identifies new business opportunities in order to develop relationships with key corporate entities/partners. 
  • Applies expertise in market research, communications, analysis, and development to coordinate strategies that competitively differentiate and build market awareness and preference for the system’s branded services. 
  • Oversees system’s messaging and design through the management of the creative and media teams.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service. 
What will you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing and public relations, advertising, communications or healthcare administration
  • 5+ years experience in the marketing field with proven results
  • 5+ years management experience
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Drivers License required.
