Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Responsible for supporting the strategic vision of the Director of Content Strategy.
  • Work with internal staff, cross-functional teams and partners/vendors to implement and ensure success of a cross-channel reputation management strategy, accounting for social media and third-party platforms.
  • Apply reputation management best practices to ensure all pages and accounts are thoroughly and appropriately managed.
  • Execute and improve overarching reputation management strategies that incorporate risk and crisis management and service recovery.
  • Support reputation management goals and tactics, including the development of reputation management strategies and associated launch timelines. 

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Understanding of large-scale reputation management systems and best practices
  • Familiarity with common third-party review sites
  • Windows Applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Facebook Business Manager and social media platforms
