Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For: 

  • Create QlikView applications
  • Create QlikView data models and interactive visualizations
  • Take ownership of projects assigned and support other developers with tasks to complete
  • Design and configure the QlikView applications front-end calculations (i.e. set analysis, aggregations, etc.) as per business requirements
  • Responsible for interpreting business needs of stakeholders and develop analytical solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, project analysts and report/dashboard end users to analyze, provide specifications, and document projects.
  • Document and tests work products and conducts data quality checks on a regular basis
  • Coordinate with other developers and analyst on the team to build and share knowledge, ensuring consistent delivery of information
  • Work in partnership with the Data Warehouse team and other stakeholders concerning the accuracy of data and efficiency of processes

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Position requires a level of knowledge and training obtained through a college education.  A 4-year degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related is required.    
  • The Decision Support Analyst role requires experience with data warehousing tools including but not limited to SQL, Access, VBA, etc.
  • Independent decisions are required in order to determine the best method to complete assigned tasks.  However, the person in this position has latitude in developing a plan to reach the desired results.
 
Job Summary:

The Decision Support Analyst applies technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to provide solutions/improvements within the Physician Enterprise Finance department.  This person demonstrates competences in decision support and an ability to utilize tools such as Access, SQL, etc. in order to efficiently convert raw data into useful and actionable information.  This person is responsible for creating meaningful applications or tools to support executive decision making. Character traits include: strong work ethic, technical aptitude, trainability, communicative, team player all with a positive “can do” attitude. Excel skills required; Access, SQL, or other programming skills are helpful.
