You will be responsible for: 

  • Monitors practice and organizational policies and procedures as related to clinical care.
  •  Evaluates clinical performance of staff and make recommendations for personnel actions to the Practice Administrator
  •  Collaborate to create clinical training and development programs for support staff to ensure clinical standards
  •  Conducts on- site inspections, and educate staff on audit results, regarding quality indicators to ensure patient  safety and care.
  •  Participates actively in safety, infection control, medical records, and quality assurance efforts.
  •  Ensures that certification and professional credentials for physicians, office clinical staff and hospitals are maintained
  • Sets up contract services for Biomedical Waste management, Shredding, Janitorial Service, and Answering Service.
  • Establishes vendor services for PSS, and Office Depot, and oversees set up for group purchasing accounts.
  • Identifying critical high-risk areas of practice compliance issues.
  • Works with Manager and Practice Administrator to mentor and Educate staff.
  • Oversee Compliance Checklist in order to monitor JCAHO Standards.
  • Works with upper-level management to broaden understanding of strategic and operational compliance measures.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Team Meetings with all clinical coordinators to ensure practice compliancy.

What will you need:

5 or more years of experience working in a physician practice
  • Medical Assistant
  • CPR Licensure

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
