Work Hours/Shift:

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Understands and assists in the development of strategies related to digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to talent strategy objectives.
  • Works with regional execution partners to develop and execute strategies to meet Talent Strategy objectives. 
  • Serves as a subject-matter expert, providing support for regional leadership presentations, communications, and reports as necessary.
  • Acts as a local consultant and liaison with Shared Services and regional execution partners on recruitment strategy efforts to attract, engage, and retain talent.
  • Broadens inclusivity of regional execution partners in the strategic planning process.
  • Shares insights from regions with Talent Strategy team to enable effective decision making.
  • Proposes strategic changes to long term plans based on internal and external developments.
  • Develops custom strategies at a regional/facility level to support COE Talent strategy programs.
  • Monitors online platforms for content that impacts AdventHealth from a recruitment perspective (favorable and unfavorable).
  • Works diligently to seek new and forward-thinking opportunities to improve and increase the employment brand presence of the organization.
  • Takes a creative approach to implementing new strategies and crafting appealing content that improves the AdventHealth employment brand and engages job candidates.
  • Conducts research and analyzes AdventHealth content performance, using analytics and insights to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience providing strategy or support in a Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
 
Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and management of relationships with regional and facility execution partners within AdventHealth related to Strategic COE. Works to ensure strategic objectives are implemented successfully at the regional and facility level. Serves as a strategic COE resource for facility/regional execution partners, championing the areas of digital content, conferences, events, career site, campaigns, referral program, collegiate and projects relevant to talent strategy objectives. This position is perfect for those energetic, driven personalities who like a lot of variety in their work day, and are able to seamlessly multi-task, problem-solve and thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, cheerful collaborator who enjoys building relationships with cross departmental teams to drive and achieve strategic objectives. This individual must be innovative, detail-driven, persistent, a savvy communicator and of good character. Serves as a regional advocate during the system strategic planning process ensuring regional considerations are factored into system plans. Provides leadership during the creative brainstorming and planning process of initiatives relevant to assigned region.
