Work Hours/Shift:

Full-Time, Monday – Friday


You Will Be Responsible For:

•               Provide hands-on team guidance and support through close collaboration across all functions, and to promote increasing maturity at a sustainable pace

•               Partner with team members to identify roadblocks through techniques such as: Story mapping, road mapping and planning, and backlog management: definition, grooming, prioritization, story sizing, and task estimation

•               Provide training to Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Teams, including drafting and maintaining training materials, and collecting feedback from training sessions

•               Be an advisor to teams through leading by example and challenging the status quo

•               Help teams to continuously improving by performing ongoing health-checks that help them become more effective in their roles

•               Partner with Product Owner to ensure that vision, roadmap and personas are well define and understood

•               Mentor Scrum Masters on becoming better facilitation and focusing teams on completing tasks

•               Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation

•               Foster team’s ability to self-direct

•               Promote change management – scaling agile, release planning, and dependency management

•               Work with team in the role of a Scrum Master, as needed

•               Conduct sprint events: planning, stand-ups, refinement, review/demos, and retrospective

•               Promote and contribute to internal and external communications, improving transparency, and radiating information

•               Coordinate and facilitate communicate plan, project progress, to teams, leaders, and managers



•         Exposure to real-world Scrum, guiding at least 3 teams through agile adoptions

•         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other Information Technology departments and operational customers and/or departments

•         Demonstrated experience with change management across multiple teams, products, environments and technologies

•         Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA/Confluence or any other tool that supports Agile frameworks


•         3+ years of experience of practicing Scrum/Lean practices

•         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Healthcare related field

•         Five years of software development experience OR five years of project management experience

•         Experience in delegation management

•         Experience in mentoring business leaders, scrum masters and agile development teams

•         Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

•         Experience in synthesizing complex or diverse project data and/or information



•         Scrum master certification (via Scrum Alliance) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (via Project Management Institute)

•         Certified Scrum Professional or any second level agile certification



The Agile Manager is responsible for applying Agile/Lean principles, practices, tools and techniques to lead project teams in their delivery of product or services. Has ultimate responsibility for all assigned agile development projects and foster customer satisfaction, facilitates definition, planning, monitoring, and other aspects of a project. Coordinates and makes easy the design, build, and testing activities for a series of Agile projects, promoting a cross functional team of Analysts, Developers, Testers, and System Engineering resources.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
