Each patient room is private, and the uniquely designed "clover leaf" patient care units consist of 60 beds per floor. The Emergency Department is sized to accommodate up to 60,000 visits per year.

You will be responsible for:

  • Under the Director of Nursing Operations, develops strategies and teams to drive outcomes and accountability with patient satisfaction.
  • Effectively collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and vendors to provide a mission driven and safe experience for patients, their families, guests, and team members.
  • Developing, communicating, and implementing patient experience strategy and program internally and externally so that all employees, partners, suppliers and contractors understand strategic plan and how it carries out the company’s overall goals.
  • Responsible for staff training for Patient Experience.
  • Able to strategically and operationally facilitate change.
  • Works with leadership and helps drive decision making that creates medium and long term goals.
  • Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan along with specific operational processes and systems.
  • Is accountable for the execution of strategies and operations of the Patient Experience program as well as its outcomes.
What will you need?
  • Active Florida Registered Nurse License
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing or other related BS degree
  • Must have basic knowledge of patient care and patient problems
