Work Hours/Shifts:
Full-time Night Shifts (PCU)
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Assess skin condition on all patients for potential breakdown and communicates to the nurse
- Maintains a safe and clean patient environment
- Completes treatments, procedures and documentation as directed by the nurse
- Obtains vital signs per unit policy reporting abnormal findings to nurse
- Ensures personal hygiene and comfort care is delivered to all patients
