Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time Days.

You Will Be Responsible For:
DAILY
  • Implement policies and procedures as directed by the Administrator.
  • Determine and document progress of projects assigned by the Administrator.
  • Serve as liaison to the Administrator.
  • Other duties as assigned.
In the absence of the Administrator
  • Manage the day-to-day functions of the facility.
  • Ensure that each patient/resident’s right to fair and equitable treatment, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property, and civil rights, including the right to lodge a complaint, are strictly enforced.
  • Implement patient/resident care policies, personnel policies, and other operational policies and procedures necessary to remain in compliance with required laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Serve as a liaison to the governing board, medical staff, and other professional and supervisory staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Current licensed Administrator in the state where the facility is located
Job Summary:
In the absence of the Administrator, oversees patient/resident care, manages overall operation, employee management, fiscal management, and ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations.  Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as liaison to the Administrator.
